Returns and Refunds

 
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns and refunds for any of our products due to health reasons.
If in the event, you were sent the incorrect item and provided that the item has not been opened, we will give you within 3 days to contact us and we will give you 1 week to return the products in its original condition at your own cost and once received, we will re-send the correct item via express shipping at our cost in return.
If in the event that the items have been damaged during shipping, we apologise as we cannot be responsible for this and cannot offer refunds. We do package our orders in a bubble wrap satchel to prevent damage.
